Byzantine Jewelry Warranty and Cleaning Policy
Lifetime Cleaning and Inspection
You may have your jewelry cleaned and inspected as many times as you want, free of charge. Byzantine Jewelry Inc. pieces are made with the utmost care and durability. If for some reason your piece needs a repair due to malfunction within the jewelry components, repairs will be complimentary for one year after the purchase invoice date. We will not be responsible for any pieces outside of the one year repair period.
Repairing Damage to your Jewelry
If there is any damage to your jewelry purchase due to accident, negligence or abuse, for example if a stone is lost due to a bent, damaged, or worn out prong, Byzantine Jewelry Inc. Is not responsible for the replacement of the stone or the re-tipping of the prongs. A repair fee will be applied to each item depending on the extent of the repair needed.
The loss of a center stone, such as a diamond, is not covered under our warranty. You may want to purchase a separate insurance rider from your insurance company to fully cover all of your fine jewelry pieces.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom designed jewelry involves material and labor furnished by Byzantine Jewelry Inc., when producing a uniquely designed item for a specific client. As such all custom jewelry payments are non-refundable, and a deposit of 50% of the estimated total is required before we can begin work on custom orders.
